Assessment Test
One of our primary assessment tools is The Profile XT™ Is much more than an assessment. It is an extremely valuable management tool that will help you put the best people in the best jobs by measuring the Total Person; Thinking & Reasoning, Behavioral Traits and Occupational Interests. The test is administered online and takes about one hour to complete.
Employment Verification
Our Employment Verification services are normally bundled with Reference Checking but are available as a stand-alone service. With 1 in 5 resumes having significant ommissions and misleading statements you should always check employment history.
Reference Checks
While we always suggest employers also conduct there own reference checking we do offer this as a service as well. Our services are web-based, fully compliant and will reach out to former managers, associates and/or customers of the person to give us the desired objectivity.
