With home offices in LaGrange, GA Comprehensive Search has Offices in Florida, Utah, Los Angeles,Texas, Arizona and Colorado. Comprehensive Search currently has employees or associates in many states and Canada. Being a global search firm our assignments are for positions in many countries.

Our history

1983 -

Founded by former Milliken and Armstrong Industries associates in LaGrange, GA. Talking focus on the commercial interiors marketplace. Just one year after taking focus on the interiors industries, in 1984 Honeywell asked Comprehensive Search to assemble a nationwide marketing team to launch a major interiors product line, that program would run for 24 years.

2001 -

After becoming the largest search firm in the interiors industry we teamed with BASF to create a national A&D marketing group for a commercial carpet product. This program has been ongoing since that date. Also in 2001 Solutia (a former division of Monsanto) selected Comprehensive Search to develop national marketing teams for their Weardated and Ultron textile brands as well as Vanceva automotive and architectural glass.

2004 -

DOW Chemical transfers management of an existing national marketing team from another provider to Comprehensive Search. The primary focus is to market a commercial carpet backing product.

2005 -

Shaw Industries contracts with comprehensive search for two different contracted marketing teams. The first for a residential product requiring a national team to call on dealers and end users, the second, for a commercial textile product that requires a national team to call on A&D

2008 -

Comprehensive Search launches construction lead service to help clients easily identify and deploy sales teams to the most viable prospects in each market.

2012 -

Owner Jeff Brown sells Comprehensive Search to VP and industry veteran Kevin Franks. The company remains committed to serving the Interiors industries and expanding its service options.

2013 -

No. 1 and No. 2 Team-Up Comprehensive Search and The McSweeney Group announce a strategic alliance to join forces and service search clients and candidates in the industry.
